The vaccines > DTaP/IPV/Hib
DTaP/IPV/Hib is a primary immunisation given to babies when they are 2, 3 and 4 months old.
The DTaP/IPV/Hib vaccine protects against five different diseases:
- diphtheria (D)
- tetanus (T)
- pertussis (whooping cough) (P)
- polio (IPV - inactivated polio vaccine)
- Hib (haemophilus influenzae type b)
